1. Make massive investments in safer transportation choices including rail and bus plus cycling, walking and rolling infrastructure

2. Reallocate road space for bus lanes, bike lanes and wider sidewalks

3. Reduce speeds on highways to 70km/h hour through lower speed limits and automatic safety cameras

4. Mandate or otherwise incentivize smaller lighter vehicles and discourage use of large pickup trucks and SUVs.

5. Invest in and provide policy support for safe routes to school including safer intersections, sidewalks, protected bike lanes and safer speed enforcement cameras.
